Bridges, Flips, and Bends! See the Mysterious Parkour Act That Just Stunned Ireland’s Got Talent!

Urban Acrobatics and Surprising Flexibility: The Standout Acts of Ireland’s Got Talent

The latest round of Ireland’s Got Talent was a masterclass in variety, featuring everything from high-octane urban acrobatics to jaw-dropping feats of flexibility. The episode’s mystery act was led by 28-year-old Paul, who refused to tell the judges what his performance involved, simply asking them to “let me go.” What followed was a high-energy parkour routine that turned the stage into an urban playground.

Paul and his team demonstrated the “raw street” essence of parkour, performing death-defying flips and synchronized vaults over obstacles. Explaining the art form to the curious judges, Paul noted that while it shares similarities with gymnastics, parkour is designed for the urban environment. Having taught themselves through videos due to a lack of facilities, the group’s “raw” talent was undeniable. Denise Van Outen called them “phenomenal,” and even the initially skeptical Jason Byrne admitted it was the “best way to get to work” he’d ever seen. With a clean sweep of four “yeses,” the parkour crew proved that mystery can lead to massive results.

The surprises didn’t stop there. Oisín, an aspiring circus performer, shocked the panel with a contortion routine that redefined the limits of the human body. Michelle Visage was so impressed she compared him to a world-class circus act, earning him a unanimous “bendy yes” from the judges. The episode closed with Odyssey, a dance group from one of the oldest performing arts schools in Cork (founded in 1954). Despite some notes from the judges about synchronization, their historical legacy and talent secured them three “yeses,” proving that the old school still has plenty of new moves to show the world.
