Tyler Butler-Figueroa, an 11-year-old violin prodigy, delivered a performance on America’s Got Talent that was as inspiring as it was musically brilliant. Tyler, who was diagnosed with leukemia at age four and faced cruel bullying from peers who ridiculed his appearance and spread rumors that his cancer was contagious, turned to the violin as a way to find his light again.

Thank you for watching!

His powerful performance moved the judges deeply, with Simon Cowell commending his courage and talent, noting that people are often bullied simply because they are superior to those tormenting them. Now four years in remission, Tyler’s journey from a bullied cancer survivor to an electrifying performer culminated in a Golden Buzzer moment that sent him straight to the live shows.
