Avery Dixon, a 21-year-old saxophonist from Atlanta, Georgia, brought an incredibly powerful and emotional performance to the America’s Got Talent stage. Avery shared his heartbreaking journey of being bullied in elementary school for his voice and physical appearance, experiences that once led him to a very dark place. He turned to the saxophone as an escape, eventually finding his purpose and his voice through his instrument.
